      <description>Very well said. I have had this issue since I ran my first business at age 18. I was scheduling family time around my business "obligations", what I failed to realize was that the onyl person that considered these things obligations was me. As soon as I re-evaluated my priorities I realized the control I had. After all, "I am the boss." Family comes first now, and from now on.</description>
