      <description>Good explanation, as this question comes up a lot.  My attorney give talks on this same topic, and she mentions specific examples of the consequences that employers have suffered because of reclassifications -- very eye-opening, and perhaps the one thing that might have stengthened this article in my view.</description>

      <description>Thanks, this is the first year my company is hiring employees outside of my family members who reside at the same location as the business. My business requires an assistant for our child to adult ratio. I wasn't sure how to classify them as independent or as employees. YOu resolve one of my issues. Thanks again.</description>
