      <description>This is a great list. I went through an audit in 2000 and it would have been helpful to have seen something like this - although I had a great accountant so the overall process wasn't that bad.</description>

      <description>The article is not in-depth, and I would still feel a sense of panic if I received an audit notice.  Among the many bullet points were three items I might not have considered, however, so I am better prepared now than I was before reading this!</description>
