      <description>I appreciate this article.  Letting your customers know that they are important to you goes a long way.  Most of my new business has been from word of mouth advertising from current clients.  If you take care of them, they will remember.  Taking the time to get to know them both professionally and personally helps build a strong, lasting relationship.</description>
