      <description>Just goes to show the big boys are like most of us, it takes time to make changes, especially if your customers are really use to something. I wonder if Walmart got any backlash from the non credit card users who still relied on lay a way.</description>

      <description>I think this article raises excellent points about being in touch with your customers. Listening is one of the most important aspects of being a good person and being a good business owner. Often times we simply have to take a step back and listen to what our customers want. Not all customers are the same and knowing what to say to what customers shows how well a company really knows its customers.</description>

      <description>Interesting article...truly it shows how a business, even a huge one like Walmart, has to stay on top of consumer trends.  It almost opens up the question what they could have done if they had responded faster to the trend, i.e. offering credit cards at POS, etc.</description>
