      <description>This was a great read. Most of the statements were things I had heard before but that doesn't mean I am currently implementing them. This was a good reminder of treating employees the way I envisioned my company would when I started it. We want people to want to work here, we are part of the same team. If we are going to be successful it is because of the effort everyone puts forth. Consequently as we conitnue to succeed everyone in the company should benefit from that success.</description>
