Great tips!

There are more things that webmaster should pay attention to when optimize their web site for search engines. A quality backlinks is also very important, but it's not the highest priority.

Long tail search keywords for you site is a MUST!

There are trillion web pages out there indexed by search engines. How do you compete with other sites with just few words? People are tired of finding non-sense web sites, which have done a better SEO to get higher ranking. As a webmaster, how do you compete with those site?

More and more people are search at least three words. You need to research on what long tail keywords is best for you. 2 words are too short. 3 words are perfect, 4 words are too long.

Once you did your SEO, always check and search your own site and monitor the progress.

One last things to pay really serious attention is the home page's TITLE.

Make sure your main keywords is listed in the Title in the right order. Once you set it, don't change it for at least few months. Changing the order of keywords in your title tag may hurt your site the big time.

The information was extremely helpful. I have had my website up and running for 18 months only to find that only 50% of the keywords are regular search terms. Using the FreeKeywords, I've already reset the keywords on most of my pages. I've bookmarked this tool. Thanks!!

nuSenO: I took a very quick look at your site. The basics are there. I assume your main keyword is "flat healthy stomach" as I see that in your title and H1 headings. It takes time, not unusual for considerable time, before you start to see yourself rank. Especially if during your keyword research that you had a lot of competition.

Have you registered your site with the main search engines? You can do this for free and it's easy. I recommend you start with the top ones: Google, Yahoo and DMOZ.

You want to make sure you are not overpacking your site with too many keywords. Keep your keywords at about 2% density. You can go to http://www.keyworddensity.com/ and check for free.

Another free tool to see how well you are set up for SEO is http://whois.domaintools.com/flathealthystomach.com (just add your own URL to the end). On the left you will see your SEO score. Goal is 100%. Yours is good. To the right you will see a section titled: SEO Text Browser. Click on that section and it will expand. In the upper left corder will be some round buttons. Click on the "i" for "information". You will see more of how you are ranking and maybe some suggestions.

I see that you have few links coming into your site. Incoming links from QUALITY companies are important to how well you rank. If you can find other sites that are popular and get links to your site, that will help. That can include creating articles that you submit to big article sites like ezine.com. It can be going to popular posting sites and adding comments with links back to your site. It can be contacting other popular sites and asking them to feature you. It can be creating press releases and distributing them across the internet. Make sure all of these efforts include your main keywords and those are what link back to your site.

Are you using a tool to check how well you rank across the different sites? You can find them for about $90. They are huge timesavers, within minutes can look across multiple sites for all your keywords and track results over time so you can see trends.

Best of luck on your endeavor!
