I just shifted to an HSA plan. I had to figure all thi8s out on my opwn would have been really great to read this a month ago. BofA has a great HSA plan to go with the insurance. it makes it very easy for my company to fund my employees acounts. It feels great to have the money go into my employees pocket to do what they chose instead of it all going to the insurance company.
